Zazula Process Equipment Ltd. CHEMICAL FEED SYSTEMS: Zazula Process Equipment Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of many different packaged process systems. However, the majority of these custom projects are various forms and complexities of chemical feed systems. These feed systems are commonly integrated into self-contained skid-mounted packages and utilize industrial equipment, such as Busch vacuum pumps, Lightnin mixers and Milton Roy metering pumps. WATER TREATMENT: Water and wastewater treatment is a specialized industry where Zazula has excelled at supplying advanced, top quality solutions using our extensive technical experience. We are a major supplier of custom designed and manufactured pressure filtration, as well as open gravity filtration units. We can also supply or customize water softeners and dealkylizers, forced draft and vacuum type degasifiers, deaerating feed water heaters, vacuum systems for hospitals and food packaging, seal oil dryers and conditioners, as well as complete reverse osmosis water treatment systems. In addition to our existing water and wastewater treatment capabilities, Zazula, in an effort to maintain a high level of technological advancement in this industry, has implemented a fully functional Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) pilot system. This unique piece of equipment is rapidly becoming a standard for water treatment, as it can perform experimental assessments of an existing treatment facility. The recorded data is then evaluated and the requirement for a complete system upgrade is proposed.

SERVICE CAPABILITIES: Zazula Process is an authorized service centre in Western Canada for Lightnin/Plenty mixers, Busch Vacuum pumps/blowers and Milton Roy metering pumps. Our highly skilled, factory-trained technicians can provide on-site or in-house repair services, supply accurate evaluations and make educated suggestions in order to restore your equipment to like-new condition. We can also provide excellent customer service for pumps and mixers other than the lines we represent. Zazula stocks a large selection of replacement parts for each of our product lines, in an effort to provide our customers, you, with exceptional service turnarounds. We take a great amount of pride in all the service work we provide to our customers. As a result, all refurbished product is offered with Zazula’s standard six month limited warranty period.
