Prime Royal

With its versatile, modular design and wide range of equipment and material options, PRIMEROYAL® pumps are an integrated pump system that can be precisely configured for your applications.

The field-proven design enables precise control of the pump delivery rate with a +/-1% steady state accuracy ranging from 10 to 100% of the nominal flow rate.

MROY MRA SERIES

The Mroy  metering pump is controlled-volume, hydraulically-actuated diaphragm pump that is designed for consistent chemical delivery. Its compact design contains a plunger that reciprocates at a fixed stroke, displacing a fixed volume of hydraulic fluid and thereby actuating a flexible, chemically inert PTFE diaphragm to create the pumping action.

  • Hydraulically balanced PTFE diaphragm, designed for 96,000 hours operating life, does not use seals and eliminates plunger packing maintenance.
  • Liquid end bleed system makes it easier to commission a new or a newly maintained pump.
  • Worm and pinion drive operating in an oil bath lubrication produces a smooth mechanical motion that eliminates wear and tear of mechanical lost motion designs and assures long gear and bearing life.
  • Dust-tight cast iron housing provides a rugged enclosure for operation in the harshest plant and field environments.
  • Micrometer capacity adjustment enables accurate output flow control.
  • Internal hydraulic pressure relief valve automatically protects the pump’s hydraulic system from over pressure conditions.
  • High-performance, adjustable, cartridge-type check valves provide positive, repeatable sealing on every pump stroke.
  • The pump meets standards for API 675.

Mil Royal

The MILROYAL series metering pumps are the most reliable, industrial-duty metering pumps for critical processes in industries such as oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical processing, Drag Reducer Agent (DRA), and industrial water treatment.

  • Configuration flexibility.The pump’s three frame sizes cover a full range of capacities and pressures, and it has the capability to be multiplexed with up to 16 pumps driven by one motor.
  • Leak-proof performance.A selection of diaphragms including metallic, high-performance, and critical service diaphragms can provide leak-proof performance at pressures up to 20,000 psi (1380 bar)
  • Accurate flow control.Capacity adjustable by manual control, electronic actuator, pneumatic actuator, or variable speed allows flexible control of chemical delivery.

Custom Injection Pump Packages

Custom Injection Engineering has been a service Zazula has provided for decades.  Zazula Process Equipment and Milton Roy® have offered comprehensive solutions for consistent, reliable chemical injection. Zazula’s 60 years of experience in engineering Injection  packages, has generated  fabricated production skids, production storage and offloading (FPSO) and liquified natural gas (FLNG), onshore chemical and petrochemical processing plants, and many more systems to the Alberta oil and gas industry and throughout the world.

Zazula offers in-house custom designed and engineered packages as simple standard systems including two metering pumps to assure a primary and backup for each process. Your process requirements and engineering needs may also include;

  • Accessories including a calibration column and pulsation dampeners

 Trained Technicians – Zazula Process Equipment has highly-trained technicians that can provide first-rate customer support, troubleshooting, repairs, and field services quickly and effectively.

Documentation – Run test reports available upon request. All of our purchased equipment comes with an operations manual with start-up procedures, standard and routine maintenance guides, and common troubleshooting advice.

Customer Service and Parts Ordering – Zazula’s parts and service technicians are easy to contact and available to provide prompt assistance regarding parts, installation, maintenance and other aftermarket services.

Field Services – Zazula can provide on-site field services to diagnose and repair equipment issues. The majority of repairs do take place in our facility but field services can be offered so check with our service department to customize the service or repair requirements you require.
